Founded in 2001 by Michael Waugh, Pennine Pen Animal Rescue CIO are an animal charity based in Oldham and dedicated to the rehoming of unwanted and abandoned animals.

We microchip, vaccinate, worm and neuter all animals in our care, as well as take in and provide sanctuary to unwanted or abandoned animals, working to find them a forever home. We also work in partnership with other animal welfare organisations to offer sanctuary to animals and provide them with a second chance in life.
